Great night life with a lot of bars and restaurants. This wonderful studio is inside of a very hip place in Miami.

• Our building is classic, which is a polite way to say that it’s a little old. It’s clean and well maintained but does have some age-related wear.

• We use Airbnb’s Multi-Listing feature, which means that there may be slight variances to unit layout given the historic age of the building. Please assured that all , amenities and sleeping accommodations will be the same.

• THIN WALLS: Being an older building, some sound transmission is inevitable.

• Noise – Our building is in the heart of Wynwood and all the action, art and fun that comes with it. From time to time it can be nosier than a home in the suburbs. Consider it the same as staying in any large city.

• Please note that parties, smoking and illegal substances are not permitted and subject to a fine of $250, we require you to report any missing or damaged items within the first 24 hours of your stay.

• There are security cameras on the exterior spaces of the building.
