The space
This is a a well renovated 1 bedroom apartment with balcony.

The unit comes with a kitchenette, which allows for simple cooking. Together with the kitchenette, we provide a 2 door fridge, a microwave, a kettle, an electric hotplate, frying pan, spatula, pot stand, chopping board and kitchen knife. Bowls, plates, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, and basic cutlery are all provided too.

Housekeeping is provided twice a week. The unit will be cleaned up, and the 2 Bath Towels will be replaced. The bed linen is replaced once a week. The unit also comes with a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, and an in-room safebox.

Wireless internet is included at no extra charge.

Guest access
Guests have access to the 20 metre lap pool, gym, as well as the jacuzzi.
Opening hours for lap pool , jacuzzi and gym: 0700hrs – 2200hrs

Coin-operated washing machines (S$4 per cycle) and dryers (S$4 per cycle) are available at the ground floor laundry room. Please prepare your own washing powder / detergent to use the machines.

In order to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be, let’s get the procedural duties done so that your stay will be fuss free!

To abide by the Singapore rental law regulations, we seek your cooperation to sign a Lease Agreement to ensure that both parties’ (guest and host) rights and interests are protected by the law. We also need to provide this document to the condominium management for your smooth check in.

Smoking is not allowed within the apartment itself. A cleaning fee of S$200 will be charge if found smoking inside.
