The space
This is a self check in unit, there will be no 24/7 front desk.
This new building is situated on the dynamic Bowery just steps from Soho, Nolita, Noho, and the East Village. Its unbeatable location puts the best of downtown.

Guest access
Check-in instructions will be emailed 24 hours prior to arrival.

Other things to note
Must be 21 years old and over ,with valid ID, to book the apartment.
There is no parking inside premises, meter parking and garage parking nearby.
No daily cleaning service for the unit.

-Check in is 4pm. Checkout is 11am
– We will gladly accommodate different arrival and departure times to the best of our availability.  It must be request 48 hours in advance.
Fees will apply ($50)
-There are fees for lost fobs and key cards and lockouts.
-Only registered guests are welcome in the apartment.
-Electricity is not included in the rate.  $ 70 per month.
-Please separate recyclables from trash and put each in the appropriate disposal bin, there is a trash compactor room at the end of the hallway.
– No Smoking in the unit, (please do not cover the fire alarms)
-Anyone caught smoking (or breaking any house’s rules)  will be removed from the property without a refund and/or anyone who leaves the smell of cigarettes inside  will risk a fine of $200
