About the Apartment:
This newly renovated 80 square meters duplex apartment is located on the third floor of an historic, traditional Maltese building with an elevator. As the house is situated overall several levels with stairs, it is, unfortunately, handicap inaccessible. The flat features a private rooftop terrace with stunning views of La Valletta, Sliema and partial sea views. This area is furnished with a table and chairs and a barbecue grill. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited on the terrace.

The living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and flat screen TV with local channels. The sofa can be used to sleep two guests if necessary and additional linens are provided. This area features lovely parquet flooring.

Off of the living area lies the bedroom with a double bed. All bedding, linens and pillows are provided, and you’ll find the beds neatly made on arrival. Please note the bedroom is separated from the living space by a wall (without a door). The bathroom is located off the living space. It is outfitted with double sinks, a toilet, bidet and a bathtub with a handheld hose. A hair dryer is provided so there is no need to pack one. Bath towels are provided for 4 people as well, but please think about bringing a separate towel for the beach or purchasing one on arrival.

Moving up the stairs to the upper level, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need to prepare a simple meal. It comes with a refrigerator/freezer, sink, gas stove, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. An iron and board are provided for your convenience.

The flat is heated during the winter months and has air conditioning for the summertime. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Malta.

Additional weekly cleanings and linen and towel changes can be arranged at an additional cost. A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of 40€ for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for 40€. Both can be provide for 60€. Please confirm after your reservation is confirmed. Remember a fully-refundable 1000€ damage deposit will be held to cover damage, breakage of rules, loss of keys, etc. In the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 € late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 €. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 €. After 1:00AM there will be a 100€ check-in fee. This fee is payable in cash in local currency.
