It’s located in a residential area in Montagne Noire, 5 minutes away from the commercial area of Pétion-Ville.

This is a well secured complex with guards on site 24/7 and around the clock!

And let’s not forget the view of the surroundings is breathtaking!

Guest access

The apartment is completely private.

Parking and pool are shared with other tenants.

One (1) parking space is available for guest.

Access to laundry room is limited. It’s open twice a week from 8 h to noon.

Guest can ask to wash their clothes but must provide the laundry detergent.

Other things to note

This apartment is located on the * 5th floor* of the building and requires walking up several flights of stairs

It’s semi equipped: Limited quantity of kitchen utensils and dinnerware – No blender-No condiments

Clothes Iron is available

1 Cleaning service is offered, upon request, during 5 days stay, at least, and will be done, by on-site personnel. It includes a sweep of the apartment and dishes washing but excludes the washing/drying of personal clothing.

Limited access to laundry room

Electricity is provided 24/7. When power from city electric company is down, there are batteries and a generator as backup

There is an *indicator light* for city power and generator.

Use microwave, toaster and clothe iron *only* when the indicator light is on.

Air conditioners (AC) work *only* when city power is available and when generator is running

Ceiling fans installed

There is a set schedule for the generator operation
