Alfama Historical Apt II Stylish 1BR – by Homeful

Welcome to Alfama Historical Apartment II, a stylish and renovated apartment located on the 3rd floor of a traditional building on a pedestrian street in the Alfama neighborhood. This historic neighborhood is the place where Fado, the traditional Portuguese song, was born.

The space
The apartment is an extremely cozy and comfortable. It has 1 bedroom with double bed wardrobe, equipped with bed linen and towels, as well as amenities for the first days of your stay.

-> In the living room you have a sofa bed (up to 2 people), very practical and comfortable.
-> Bathroom has a standing shower and a window that allows a lot of natural light.
-> The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, electric hob, extractor hood, washing machine and dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the whole apartment. The building stairs are extremely safe, but a little bit steep. Beware to always assist children going up and down 🙂

Other things to note
– For late arrival (after 20:00), extra fee is required according to the time of your arrival.

– IDs from all Guests will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws.

– Pick-up Service available under prior request

– No elevator since it’s a traditional building

– Not allowed to change furniture from its original layout

– Guests must leave the apartment in a reasonable clean condition, otherwise Homeful reserves the right to deduct additional costs from the security deposit

– For stays of more than 31 nights (1 month) the electricity and water bills are not included.
