The apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, entrance area and a spiral staircase up to the sun terrace. From the sun terrace you have a wonderful view of Barx, the surrounding mountains and in the evening you can experience a wonderful sunset.

The apartment is fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. The sofa bed in the living room can be used for 2 additional guests. Air conditioning is also installed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, washing machine … The living room is spacious. In addition to the toilet and shower, the bathroom also has a bidet. A spiral staircase leads to the sun terrace with 60 square meters. There is a large table with 6 chairs, sun loungers, gas grill and a jacuzzi. If you stay longer than 28 days, the electricity and water costs will be billed separately. Small dogs as pets are allowed.

The apartment is located on the “Monte de Barx”. You can get to the apartment by elevator. There is also a parking space in the underground car park with direct access to the apartment.

Many hiking trails with different requirement profiles start from Barx. The area is also very interesting for cyclists.
There are also many typical Spanish bars and restaurants in Barx.
Barx is 15-20 minutes by car from the sea and 14 km from Gandia. A bus also goes to Gandia and the beach several times a day.
