Another balcony off the living room as well. Neighbor on one side only.

The apartment is one of three buildings in the compound. One parking space designated for the apartment in the apartment compound but ample parking available for another car. Quick walk to building from the designated parking space and 3 flights of steps up to the apartment floor.
