The space
The building has an existing Condo-Hotel operation. Our apartment is NOT part of the hotel.

The unit was primarily set up for our short staying business partners and guests, when its available, we allow other guests to use with a minimal rental fee for a beautifully decorated apartment in the very Center of Makati.

Upon entry, NO NEED TO GO THROUGH THE RECEPTION, YOU MAY JUST GO STRAIGHT UP to the Unit and no need to talk to guard or building personnel, we will send check in instructions once booking is confirmed.

Other things to note
Pet fee is 1000 php for entire stay!
Parking fee is 250 php per night!

Special occupation

We do simple balloon and papers decoration for your special occupations such as birthday, wedding, anniversary, … 2 packages:
1. 1000 php balloons (numbers, greeting ) with papers decoration and balloons (rounds and hearts,…)
2. 2000 php balloons (names, numbers, greetings) + cupcake and candle + balloons (rounds, hearts,…)
