Beautiful, large, and sunny room by the river!

Hello! I have a large, bright room in a (dare I say) beautiful apartment in Manhattan (Hamilton Heights, Upper Harlem). It’s right by the river on beautiful Riverside Drive. You have the gorgeous Riverside Park and Riverbank State Park quite literally across the street.

It’s a 2 BR apt with your own private room. You’d share the bathroom with me (I’m very clean), and have full use of shared living areas. The place is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. I’d love to have you!

The space
The elevator building is on the corner of Riverside Drive and a block away from Broadway. The apartment is on the top floor and a corner unit, with lots of light and air. It also has charming views of the neighborhood, and a side view of the river and park 🙂

The apartment is in upper Harlem in New York City…literally everything (and every one) is an attraction 🙂 But if you tell me what kind of trip you’re looking for, I’d be glad to give you all sorts of recommendations.

It’s a 2 bedroom apartment, and you’ll be sharing the common areas with me. Your bedroom (and the apartment) are ideal for whether you need a place to work remotely or ditch the screens and hit the streets of NYC 🙂

Ps., I am vaccinated and fully support any needs you have to travel safely in this day and age 🙂

Other things to note
It’s a short walk (6-7 mins) to the subway station on the 1 line (which takes you all the way down the west side of Manhattan and into Brooklyn). CitiBike stations (the bicycle rideshare) are right around the corner.

Street parking is rough (it’s NYC!), though you can park your car in private garages in the area.
