The Room
25 sqm Room in a flatshare with a young men, me and my dog.
The room is sunny, has a nice Vibe and a Balcony towards Sonnenalle. It is quite noisy/lively during the day, but calms down a lot in the evening. Theres is a lichterkette and a comfy Sitzgelegenheit for you to enjoy dinner/a drink with a friend out there. Lots of Neukoelln live to observe too.
Me and my Dog will not always be in the flat, i have datsche in the countryside..
With closed windows you dont hear much noise.

The space
WG live:
I would describe Anorough and me as medium clean. We both Work from home (remote Office) and we tidy after ourselfes. We weekly turns in vacuum cleaning etc. We are easy to communicate with, if you have different (higher) standarts, we are open to improvement. Communikation is key. We friendly folks and welcome everyone with a kind personality , no matter the age, gender, musik taste etc.

The area
You will find everything you need and want here. The Canal, nice Cafes and Bars ( they are opening in June) Parks, Galeries, Bio Supermarket, Public Transport, Yoga Studio in the backyard.
