Spacious common room, central location, easy access to MRT/Bus/Taxi, food and groceries.

For daily stay, may accommodate up to 2 extra persons. (Futons provided with additional $10 per night for utility bills). Additional $5 per week for air-conditioning usage – Quite a windy area so we don’t really use Air-cond much 😉

For bookings of more than 2 months, I can give more discounts 🙂

Do note that this is a very old house and there are 2 other girls (me n my housemate) living here in our individual rooms. But it is decently clean n we are friendly! ^_^
