It has comfortable sleeping arrangements, a home office, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge floor opening up to a huge 30 m2 terrace overlooking Prague rooftops. Steps away there are two large parks, trendy coffee houses, restaurants & bars. This is a great base for exploring Prague, city center is within 20 minutes tram ride. It’s the first time we rent the whole apartment, check my profile for previous guest reviews.

This listing includes the full duplex apartment. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed, the other with office (adjustable desk) and a very comfortable bed-sofa. Furthermore there is a kitchen / living room, balcony, WC, and bathroom. Upstairs there is a lounge with another very comfortable bed-sofa and en-suite bathroom. The lounge opens up towards a huge 30 m2 rooftop terrace with views over Prague rooftops.
