My cozy modern apartment in a quiet neighbourhood of Kassisaba is just a walking distance away from the historic Old Town and trendy-hipster area in Kalamaja. Located in an old traditional wooden building distriction in Kassisaba . New modern building was built in 2015. You will have the entire apartment.

NB! If you are coming by car: You have to park your car on the street there is free parking on weekdays after 7:00 AM and Saturday after 3:00 AM, Sunday is free parking.

The space

This 50m2 apartment is a modern living space which is designed thoughtfully to be comfortable. Sunny, bright and warm located apartment in 3nd floor flat with big windows facing the backyard is light fits comfortably 2 people.
Built with an eco-friendly approach with natural/original materials & LED lightning. Fully furnished kitchen with everything on the shelves yours to use. Living room with kitchen. On living room is sofa can be used also for sleeping for one person a really comfortable.
Bedroom with a large Queen-sized bed with a super comfortable ergonomic mattress guarantees a great sleep. I provide fresh linens and towels.
High-speed wireless Internet is available in the whole apartment. In the living room is TV with international news channels, music channels etc.
 Kitchen that has everything that’s needed for prepairing food is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, oven, stove, dishwasher. Designed for functionality and comfort, the cosy apartment is used to create areas for cooking and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary you might need. Wide worktop will give you plenty of space to work on your dish and have a taste food. Lavazza capsule coffee machine and press, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, oven and the stove will help you to maximise your cooking. The worktop can seat 4 guests behind the table and couch table will sit extra 4 guests.
Cutlery, glasses, plates, coffeemaker are available. In kitchen you can find also coffee, tea, sugar, spices.
Spacious bathroom in light natural white and black stone tiles has both bathtub and a shower as well as floor heating, and also washing machine, fresh linens/towels.

You will most definitely feel at home here and can enjoy sightseeing Tallinn’s main attractions by walking or public transport if you don’t have a car. Apartment ideally located in the downtown. Just a few minutes walk away there are the many cafés, restaurants, bars and art shops. Baltijaama food market and many popular street food restaurants is just 10 minute walk . Tallinn famous Old Town is also just 8 min walk away. Guests are welcome also to relax in backyard. Away from the main street so no cars passing by. Windows face the courtyard. Windows are fitted with dazzling out curtains to guarantee better sleep during the long summer days.
