Zagreb was shaken by two strong earthquakes in the last year, putting the city in a lot of issues.
Given current developments, all utilities are included in the price except heating during winter which the tenants pay every month in cash upon me reading the meter around 1st of the month. This is stipulated in the rental agreement and my legal obligation is to register you as a tenant at the police. All other utilities included in the price (optical wifi, water, garbage maintenance, and other fees).
