Spanning 300 sqft, our Studio Deluxe apartment is the perfect accommodation for short- or long-term travellers.

Located in the city centre offering irresistible view of Singapore, each apartment has a king-sized bed, fully-equipped kitchen and washing machine.

– Air conditioning / Maintenance service
⁃ LCD screen TV + Cable channels + WIFI + high speed LAN Internet
⁃ Fully-equipped kitchenette with modern appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dryer, kettle along with cooking utensils, full dinner set, glasses, etc
⁃ Bathrooms with bathtub and shower
(Towels, toilet paper, soap, hand wash and hair dryer are all provided)
– Iron and ironing board
– Baby cot and linens (subject to availability)”

We have enforced mandatory temperature screening for all persons entering the property since 11 February 2020. Anyone with a temperature of 37.5 degrees and above will not be allowed to enter. Safe distancing measures are placed throughout the entire property. We have been and will continue to intensify the cleaning and disinfection of our facilities. *Keycard is required to access all lifts

NOTE: We are unable to accept any guest/s who are under Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Home Quarantine Order (HQO) and would reserve the right to reject any guest/s who has the mentioned issued by Singapore Government. If you have any questions, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you!

IMPORTANT: We seek your understanding on our House Rules and cooperation in keeping the apartment and furniture clean, and noise level down. Thank you for being a wonderful guest in advance.

– ROOMS ARE STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE (Maximum 2 occupiers in one room and no changing of occupiers at anytime during a reservation)
– We do not accept short bookings (2-5 days)
– We can only accept bookings with a minimum of 6 nights stay
– Please present your passport during check-in for verification purposes
– Rates are not negotiable and is final
– No smoking in all rooms
– No pets allowed
– No parties or events
