Cozy and spacious loft in Shinchon/Hongdae

Lovely and spacious loft for travellers and couples. Easy access from Shinchon Subway Station, only 1 minute walk. It has a very good location. You can reach the heart of Hongdae within 5-15 minute walk. You’ll find thousands of bars, restaurants and shops around the place.
There’s huge supermarket, Grand Mart, right at the Shinchon Station. No worries about getting necessary items.
Awesome night view through 2 huge windows around the space. There’s a kitchen where you can cook.

The space
Very spacious lost with 1 double size bed, 1 extendable day bed, and 1 matte, in total 5 people can stay, and you’ll still have enough space.

Guest access
Kitchen, 1 private bathroom, dining table, high speed wifi, cable tv, Netflix(your id required), a screen for projector(projector rental only), laundry, detergent, various glasses and so on.
Perfect for a group of travellers, and couples for romantic events.
Unfortunately, I don’t offer breakfast, even it might says so. I can’t figure out where it came from, since I never marked on the item list that I provide.

Other things to note
There’s a keypad door lock installed at the entrance. No need to carry keys or ask someone else for emergency access. 24hr access without bothering anyone.
