Guest access
Access into the apartment will be securely locked in a Keycafe lockbox for check in and check out.
The onsite reception is open for any assistance: Monday to Sunday from 7am to 9pm, closed between 12pm and 1pm daily.

Other things to note
Car parking and laundry facilities are not available onsite.
Your room will receive a complimentary weekly housekeeping service when you stay 7 nights or longer.
In light of the global risks of COVID-19, all guests are required to complete a self-declaration form prior to arrival.
Do not forget to keep your key with you and return them when you check out as lockout or loss/damage of keys will incur callout fees or replacement costs of up to NZ$300.
Smoking is not permitted inside any part of the property, this includes the use of vapes. Any guest who smokes is liable to pay a cleaning fee.
If a fire alarm is set off by guest negligence or misuse, the guest will be liable to pay the fire service call out charge of NZ$1500. Any guest suspected or caught tampering with smoke detectors or sprinklers will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.
If any part of the property is left damaged or uninhabitable during or after stay due to damage or strong odour, we reserve the right to charge the guest cleaning fees, replacement costs and cancel future reservations.
We request you to respect all other guests and keep the noise level to a minimum after 10pm.
