● The apartment is newly renovated yet the building has been built long time ago, brought along its historical trace in every single element. We are one of the few houses in Hanoi’s West Lake that still keeps the both traditional and modern Hanoi home style.

● Local shops and eateries are right at our doorstep, around there are many vermicelli, pho, sticky rice, but it’s so cheap and delicious (about prices range from 20.000 VND to 50.000 VND).

● You will like the rustic with fine art mixed. Ascend the central staircase to your private, homey room in the heart of Hanoi.This is definitely what you are looking for.

2. YOUR SPACE:
● This lovely is studiowith beams of light through windows, includes a private bathroom.

● A SUPER comfortable double-sized bed (180*200) besides smart TV.

A: Approximately 30 mins and USD $14 ≈ VND320,000 (Please take official taxi brand such as MaiLinh, Vinasun and Grab)or You can pick up at the airport by me (trustworthy)
Q: Late check in & Early check in?
A: Please let me know your ETA, I’ll fully cooperate with you.
Q: How do I get a cellphone SIM card?
A: You can buy it at the airport in Vietnam or have me buy for you, COD, ~10$.
Q: How must does it cost to rent a motorbike in HNC?

1/ ABOUT THE PRICE:
Quiet time: 22:00 – 6:00
FREE CLEANING 01/WEEK, This room is studio WITHOUT kitchen
Please be noted that for long term booking, the price is not included:
– Electric fee: 4.000 VND/KW
– Water fee: 100.000 VND/pax/month
– Building management fee: 100.000 VND/pax/month
– 1 more person (maximum is 2 people) will be charged 5$ ~ 116.000 VNĐ/month
– The price is not included 10% VAT, if you want to get the VAT bill, we will surcharge 10%.

We also require a deposit of 100$ for your stay to guarantee that you keep the room in good conditions until you leave :).

2/ YOUR APARMENT is STUDIO with a double bed.

3/ SOME NOTES ABOUT THE BUILDING
* The building has 2 paths: front door and back door.
– The front door is on the street, but it is open when employees go to work. (from 9am to 6pm)
– The back door is in the lane, the entrance to the motorbike parking lot (free parking space for motorbikes)

* There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement (free)

* There is a small elevator in the house because it used to serve the family.

* The room has a view of the street, so in the afternoon or sometimes it is a bit noisy due to traffic.

* The room doesn’t have patio.

* The internet is good, because our customers are mostly business people, so they need a healthy network.

4/ Please remind that turn 124 YEN PHU is way to access the building for now.

5/The check in and check out times are not strict; if we do not have another guest booked to arrive or leave on the same day any time that day will be fine. You can check-in any time after 2PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.

6/ My work and passion is in the hospitality and tourism industry. My experience as a tour consultant means that I can provide you with the very best advice for your travels around – northern Vietnam and relieve you of the stress of booking and planning your holiday.

6.1. Airport transfer to our doorstep:
For your convenience and to avoid unnecessary loss of time, I will help you arrange an airport transfer. The driver will arrive punctually at the arrival terminal and hold a welcome board bearing your name; he will then drive you directly to my house. The cost will be the same as the market price – $14 for one way

6.2. We have partnerships with a wide array of tour operators and can arrange your tours around northern Vietnam at excellent rates – Ha Long, Sapa, Ha Giang, Ninh Binh,…

6.3. We have a car rental service with CHEAP and RELIABLE prices.

7/ We provide all essential items in your apartment like as Basic cooking utensils (rice cookers, cutlery, pots, pans, bowls and chopsticks), Dining table set, sofa, TV, internet, …

8/ You don’t need to worry about inviting friends for organizing a party. But please lower the volume after 10pm.

9/ I know the Cigarette is hard to quit. But it leaves a slightly strong smell. Please don’t be effect any guests.
