Three story house in the heart of Islington – Highbury & Islington station and Canonbury stations are a 10 minute walk.
Angel is 20 minutes walk.
This prime location house offers a one bedroom with sofa bed in the living room and a peaceful back garden to relax after a long day! Kings Cross St Pancras is a 5 minute Journey by tube.

Please note: we have a lodger living on the third floor, he has is self contained space which is separated by a door and will not be using any facilities, however, he does need to use the staircase and main front door to access the top floor, meaning he will need to pass by the living room and shower room as it is located on the first floor. He has been with us for a long time and is like family, privacy will be respected.

The space
Welcome to Alwyne Square!
A peaceful home away from the busy streets and with easy access to stations, local shops and an array of restaurants and coffee shops at your door step. Alwyne Square is near Upper Street with all its restaurants!

This one bedroom house offers a double bedroom with storage and access to the back garden, a quiet space with outdoor furniture, shall you want to have your morning coffee outside or a nice dinner, this is the perfect spot.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining area with extra seats.
Both bedroom, kitchen and toilet are located on the ground floor.

The first floor has a large living room with TV, a large sofa bed where 2 adults can comfortably sleep and also a table to facilitate working from home. Wifi is fast speed!

Also on the first floor you have an extra room, which used to be a painting studio, the desk, chair and art books are still there and happy for you to dive in!
This room has a toilet, and shower room is right outside.

As mentioned before, the second floor is where the Lodger studio is located, he has a door that separates the divisions and will not be using any facilities, however he will need to use the staircase to go upstairs. Do let us know if you have any further questions in regards to this.

Guest access
You will have access to the ground floor and first floor as well as the back garden. The top floor is where the lodger lives.
It is a self check in, with lockbox outside the property.
