The space
In our designer boutique apartment you will find everything you need for a high-end, comfortable and comfortable stay: coziness, perfect cleanliness, equipped kitchen for the family, 2-bedroom comfortable bed, folding sofa, fully adjustable lighting of several types, panoramic windows overlooking the Temple, park “Khodynskoe pole” and Sports Palace “Megasport”, “Moscow-City”.
We know how comfortable sleep is important for a tourist or a person who arrives for work. Therefore, the Queen size bed (160 by 200) has a tall Ascona 26 cm high orthopedic mattress, high-quality ironed linens, several pillows with various fillers. The bed is framed by black-out curtains that protect from light and sunlight. At the headboard and foot of the bed there are sockets for equipment/recharging phones.
There is also a fold-out sofa (140*200 fold-out).
In our apartment with design renovation, the zoning of the space is premeditated: bedroom/living room/corridor. For noise insulation, the corridor separates the door from the living room, and for a comfortable stay in the apartment of several people, there are rails with tight curtains that divide the room into two isolated parts (living room and bedroom).
Guests can enjoy everything in the apartment, including the kitchen cabinets where you can find: tea, coffee, salt, sugar, butter, cereals, dishwasher tablets. New individual dish detergents are provided for each check
in. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, washing powder for washing machine, towels, bathroom mat (washable before each run).
In the corridor’s spacious wardrobe, in addition to a large number of hangers, you will find an ironing board, an iron and a balcony dryer.
Kitchen equipped with glass ceramic induction stove, hood, microwave, large Bosch refrigerator, electric kettle, full set of utensils.
LCD TV (Smart TV) with a large selection of TV channels, air conditioning.
For business travelers, there is a high-speed Wi-Fi,a computer desk, plugged in.
Pass-through switches allow you to adjust the lighting from different points of the apartment. And the “Master switch” at the front door allows you to turn off all the lighting in the house with one button.

* The house is new, so noise from neighbors’ repairs is possible in the daytime. In the evening and at night, the time of silence is observed.

Guest access
Entrance to the premises of the house is carried out by prior order (it is necessary to inform the number and brand of the car for transfer to the guard). Parking around the house is free, subject to availability. Behind the temple there is another public free parking and paid in the shopping center “Aviapark” (50 rubles/hour).
The entrance to the beautifully decorated entrance is carried out by the guest card, or through the concierge call button, which is present in the lobby of the 1st floor.
Opposite the house (to the right of our entrance) – «Aviapark» – the largest shopping and entertainment center of Moscow: more than 500 shops (including AUCHAN, IKEA, OBI, ZARA, H&M), about 80 restaurants/cafes, food court, ice rink, the city of professions Kidzania, rope park “Panda” and numerous children’s entertainment centers for different ages.
In front of the house there is a landscape park «Khodynskoe pole» with playgrounds, trampoline center, skatepark, tennis/volleyball playgrounds, fitness equipment, a colored fountain, an artificial pond, pedestrian and bicycle paths, cafes, etc.
Across the street from the studio – ice palace “Megasport” (near the entrance bicycle rental), where there are various performances/shows/concerts/competitions, Orthodox temple, sports complex “CSKA».
