This is a Sharing homestay which located on the 5-6th floors of the building (with elevator). You will book one of the bedrooms and share the other space (living room, kitchen,toilet,bathroom)with others.

Guest access
Guests have access to the shared common areas including living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and toilets in addition to their private bedrooms.
P.S. We have 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms for the sixth-floor guests and 1 toilet and 1 bathroom for the fifth-floor guests.

Other things to note
Kindly notice
1. In the event of any contents being lost or damage to fittings and fixtures during your stay, through any act or omission by yourselves or any of your visitors, costs for repairing such damage will be charged.
2.QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, feel free to contact us immediately. Computers, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level after 10:00 p.m.
3. The room is fully equipped with smoke detectors.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Please do not smoke in bed or in any place where smoking presents a fire hazard.
5. Please remember to carry your keys with you any time you leave your room. All room doors cannot be opened without your keys.
6. Well behaved children aged 6 and above are welcomed. As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in your room or allow them to roam the share areas unsupervised.
7. We assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings.
8. Please switch off the power of the electricity when not using it.
9. To be environmentally friendly, please do not take towels and other stuff that we provide when leaving
10. Access to our WiFi is free for our guests. The WiFi access code will be given to you before the check-in time.
11. Please change your shoes when entering the room, we would appreciate it if you respect this Japanese tradition.
12. Our house is carefully designed and decorated so Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the home.
13. And for your safety please do not climb the railing of the balcony.
14. Early check-in is offered based on availability. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
15. The room rental period expires at 11:00 a.m. If you require a later check-out, please contact us prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  A charge may apply for late check-out.
16. Housekeeping is provided in the shared areas.
17. Please do not bring your pets along.
18. Rubbish should be placed in the bins provided according to the directions on the wall. We will have a regular collection of rubbish.
19. As a self-service home we don’t offer breakfast, and please leave the shared kitchen in a tidy condition after use.
20. Please do not leave your personal stuff in the shared area.
