Modern apartment, 10 minutes walk to the center

Modern and luxurious apartment Located in the East of the city center, very close to the IFSC. From here you can ether take the tram to the center (5 min) or walk 10 minutes. The quality of the apartment is amazing and nice, clean & cosy. We both live in the apartment but since we are away quite a lot we decided to rent it out while we are away for a break.

You will be sharing the apartment with one person who works at Google

The space
We are renting out one of the 2 bedrooms. You will have your own bathroom with the room. The only thing you will be sharing is the kitchen and living room with 1 temporary tenant.
