SPLIT ** We are the owners of this entire apartment building, and offer 20 units for monthly rentals. We are often near fully occupied until about 3 months out, however that does not mean we are unable to accommodate you. In the event that we do not have a unit available, for an entire month, we may be able to SPLIT your reservation between 2 or more units, requiring you to move between 2 units in the same building to fit available occupancy. The pricing on this unit is reduced for this reason.

All units are subject to availability, Specific units may not be available. We reserve the right to choose specific units for bookings on this listing. We will provide a list of options if available, and provide the best unit of these. If we choose to put you in a single unit for your entire reservation, we will send a request to switch the listing to the specific listing. Ideally if you will split between multiple units, we will send multiple offers for each unit’s respective listing, however it’s also possible we will keep the single reservation on this split listing and manage the individual rooms from our side internally.
