A penthouse 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the Red River, suitable for a family or a group seeking a homely space, available for both short term and long term stays.

The duplex apartment is located on the 8th floor and is very quiet during both the day and the night. It overlooks the Red River, giving some fresh air and a nice view of the other side of the city at night.

The space
The apartment is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen with full cooking utensils and a dining table. An extra mattress is available for up to 6 total guests. You will have the entire apartment to yourself!

For your everyday needs, there is a convenience store at the base of the building, opening from 6AM-10PM everyday.

The place is only a 5-minute drive to the city center where you can find the Opera House, the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter…

You will have the entire duplex apartment to yourself, accessed by a shared elevator and hallway.

Other things to note
Airport transportation: We can arrange car service to/from the airport if required. Send us a message with your flight details and we will make sure you will be picked up on time.

Housekeeping: For longer term stays, we will clean the place for you once a week FREE OF CHARGE. This includes tidying up, made beds, fresh linens and towels if necessary. You can be sure that you will return home neat and tidy!
