Other things to note
-You can face the mobile network problem on this floor but we do have good wifi service.
-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
-NO SMOKING, EATING OR DRINKING IN THE BEDROOMS $100 fine will be applicable if I find smoke smell or food stains on the bedsheet.
-FAKE TAN = BYO SHEETS(If you wear fake tan, please bring your own linen as any linen stained by fake tan will incur extra costs).
-₹500 cleaning is included in stay but if you leave dishes uncleaned you need to pay ₹300 extra to my caretaker.
-Please check out on time this will help our cleaners to clean the apartment on time for upcoming guests.
-Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
-Please make sure all lights, heating/ Air-conditioning is turned off when you leave the property
-Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
-Lost Key Fee applicable.

-No pets allowed inside.
-NOISE CURFEW after 10 pm.
