San Isidro Premiere Modern Apartment

Premiere Department in the most sought-after area of the San Isidro district, a few blocks from Lima’s biggest business hubs.
The apartment is part of a residential building and as part of the coexistence we have several rules that must be complied with, we prefer to notify you so that you can review them and enjoy your stay 100%:).

The space
Apartment is fully equipped, and features elegant and contemporary furniture, and air conditioning in the master bedroom. They also have a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Housekeeper can be provided upon request for an additional $10.

COMMON AREAS NOT quarantined BY COVID19
The apartment is completely independent for your private and exclusive use.
Common areas are for building tenants to use but the pool and fitness center can be used for guests as follows:

GYM: To make use of the gym you must leave the person’s document in safety, only then will they deliver the key to the machine you want to use.
Opening hours: 06:00am to 22:00pm.

POOL: Hours: 08:00am to 20:00pm

Other things to note
I have a host in charge who can find you for any inquiry from 8am to 4pm.
If you have any problems, or need help using something, write to us immediately to help.
Consider the plugs triple, so my host will provide you with adapters so you can use your electronics (please consider that these are borrowed as it will serve future guests).
