If you are booking a flat for over 30 days, you will be provided with the standard tenant package as required under DC law, and be required to acknowledge receipt of the same. The terms of our Agreement will remain as agreed to on the Air BnB platform, and anything implied under DC law.

Please note that the building has ring cameras monitoring and recording the exterior and common areas of the building at all times.

Sojourner pet fee is $75/pet/wk or $75/pet for stays under one week. Guests staying longer than 6 weeks pay a flat fee of $450. Guest is responsible for all indoor and outdoor cleanup related to furry friends staying at the property. If additional cleaning is required to remove signs/smells of the pet, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. For stays over 5 weeks please inquire about the pet fee.

Our properties require Sojourn to collect the name and picture of government-issued photo ID for each guest. When requested, guest agrees to provide this information or the reservation will be cancelled.

For the comfort of our guests and team members, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted inside or within thirty (30) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke your card can be charged and your security deposit will be forfeited. Sojourn will contact the booking service, terminate your stay and post the appropriate review.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe, these devices can not record or decipher what you are saying they are only for monitoring noise. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation could be terminated without refund.

What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains – If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
