The cosy studio has space for up to 2 guests and is completely self contained with a kitchen and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with cooking equipment, allowing you the choice to cook your own meals at home if required. The modern and clean bathroom comes with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. There is lounge and dining room area. The bed has a king size bed and plenty of space to store your clothes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
