Sunny Private Bachelor Studio! ~ downtown ~

Really tiny (300 sq ft!) but very sunny cute and quiet bachelor apartment right on Dundas street near Roncesaveilles, 2 minute walk to Roncesaveilles markets, 5 minute walk to Bloor Street west, 24 College streetcar and Dundas streetcar right outside.

The space
Very small but private apartment with tons of natural light, a deck, some roof access, private shower + bathroom, and a queen size bed. The bed pretty much takes up the whole bedroom so don’t expect tons of space. But then you get lots of light! You don’t share the apartment with anyone! Located super close to Roncesaveilles neighbourhood, Sunnyside beach, Parkdale and Bloor st. west, lots of shops, galleries and amazing food places around. This neighbourhood is really quaint, theres a farmers market and several coffee shops within walking distance. Access to deck. Good for a close couple or one person – its on the small side so a nice place to crash and relax. In the summer the deck is really great for hanging out. Super friendly neighbours below and beside.

This is the most important thing: I live in my apartment, mostly renting it out here and there (when I travel) so my books, things, plants, dishes are all things I use. So this is not an neutral empty unit I rent out for airbnbing, like so many I’ve seen – its lived in and its full of my stuff. My neighbours know me and there’s a tree, birds, squirrels, neighbouring cats and all that. fyi.

right on Dundas street so 24 streetcar access to the college streetcar and the Dundas streetcar. 5 minute walk to dundas west station. No frills right across the Lansdowne bridge. Lots of galleries on St. Helens, famous produce markets on Roncesaveilles, WiFi included. Private shower and bathroom and small kitchenette with a hot plate. Right above an antique/vintage shop with good finds!

Other things to note
This is an old building. the staircase is a bit dark and the floors are archaic, as are some of the appliances. The heat is not amazing but there is a space heater. The bathroom is decent but obviously makeshift!
