There are only some little rules that we ask to respect to our guests:

and no parties are allowed in the apartment.
please leave the apartment like you found it.

– Bed linen and bath towels are provided ;
– INTERNET: WIFI ( € 2 per day or 29€ per month)

– late check-in after 9 pm: 20€ extra.
It´s not allowed to download movies (films) from Germany there are very strict rules!!!

– fromJanuary 2014 * 5% City Tax for tourists is payable upon arrival. (Not included in price applies only to overnight cost).

Other things to note
Parking is available in the street for €1 per hour (Mon – Sat). There is free street parking about 10 minutes walking distance north of Bornholmer Strasse. 8-900 metres .
Alternatively, there is a parking garage at the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden shopping mall for 8 € per day, which is 3 minutes from home.
